Some walls were original plaster and lathe
and others drywall that had water damage.

Kitchen during renovations:
Walls were completely removed
exposing the original studs which were in good shape. New
drywall installed and
tile panelboard put up to meet health code.
New back door, repainted water closet
door, paneling and tile in place. Sean is
installing corners that cover the paneling edges.
Dining during makeover:
New drywall and yellow tinted texture brightens the dining area.
Jamie is laying tile.
